Council has started facility of providing registration number by e sms system once the same is generated in the system of MSPC .This number can be furnished by candidates to any appropriate authority .Hence all applicants are requested to furnish their own mobile numbers in application form for registration
How to notify change of address?

Write a letter addressed to the Registrar quoting your registration number and complete postal address along with pincode signed by you and also attached your recent address proof. You will receive a letter confirming your changed address.

How to notify change of name?

In case you want your registration certificate with your new name, you may obtain your registration certificate by fulfilling the requisite procedure at MSPC office:
