If you are a registered Pharmacist of this council and have renewed your registration upto date you may apply for letter of goodstanding to the foriegn country if you wish to practice your profession there.

Download the following form and send it duly signed by you along with original registration certificate and two copies of the same and pharmacist's professional profile (if issued) along with Rs. 1500/= to this office.

Please note that scanned application / email application / fax application will not be accepted.

Generally it takes 15 working days to issue this letter .You may send a responsible person on your behalf with above mentioned documents & fees on working days between 10 30 to 2 00 pm to this office .
