POWERS AND DUTIES OF PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT

51. Powers and duties of President - The President shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are conferred or imposed on him by the Act and the Rules. He shall also do such acts as he considers necessary in the furtherance of the objects for which the Council is established.

52. Powers and duties of Vice President - If the office of the President is vacant or if the President for any reason is unable to exercise the powers to perform the duties of his office, the Vice President will act in his place and shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of the President.
